Very sad about Admiral DK Joshi quitting as Navy Chief: Defence Minister

Defence Minister AK Antony today said he was sad about Admiral DK Joshi quitting as Navy Chief. Admiral Joshi resigned on Wednesday hours after an accident on navy submarine INS Sindhuratna off the Mumbai coast, taking moral responsibility for accidents on his watch. The submarine has been brought back to the Mumbai coast.
