Bastar: voting under the shadow of Red terror

Bastar recorded a 51 per cent voter turn-out, amidst at least ten attacks by Maoists near different polling booths. People braved the threat and came out to vote, hoping to vote a politician, they feel can best solve some of the most basic issues here like availability of water in every home, wood to be able to cook and better roads.
