A new book, authored by former Coal Secretary PC Parakh, accuses PriAfter Sanjaya Baru’s book ‘The Accidental Prime Minister: The making and unmaking of Manmohan Singh’ created ripples in the political circle, PC Parakh’s book ‘Crusader or Conspirator? Coalgate and other Truths’ has created more embarrassment to the PMO.
