Narendra Modi will destroy Pakistan in 6 months: Sena leader ignites controversy

Stung by a series of reckless comments by leaders close to it, the BJP is confronting a new controversy over a Shiv Sena leader’s comment that “Narendra Modi will destroy Pakistan within six months” if he comes to power. Sena’s Ramdas Kadam said this at a rally in Mumbai, moments before Mr Modi arrived. Mr Kadam, who is known for his reckless comments, also targeted Muslims in Mr Modi’s presence.
