In Varanasi, painted saffron by the thousands of BJP workers out to welcome Narendra Modi, the party’s prime ministerial candidate is dressed in pristine white. He landed at the Banaras Hindu University or BHU a short while ago and is on his way to the collectorate to file his nomination papers.
