Caught on camera: Drug packet planted in man’s scooter to facilitate his arrest

CCTV footage obtained from a petrol pump in Amritsar show how two men hideously plant a packet (containing narcotic drugs) in a man’s scooter to facilitate his arrest. Police are seen instantly arriving at the spot and inspecting the scooter and then arresting the unsuspecting man, Sarabjeet for drug possession. (Audio in Hindi)
