Assam Killings – Is Blaming Modi All About Politics?

As an uneasy calm prevails in Assam, after targeted killings that leave over 30 people dead, ugly politics breaks out, with Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi now also blaming Narendra Modi for instigating the violence. But what about the responsibility of Mr. Gogoi’s own government? Is Mr Modi really to blame for what happened in Assam? Or does the Congress need to own up for it’s own failures?
