Lalit Modi can’t be president of Rajasthan cricket association: BCCI secretary

Lalit Modi, who has been expelled from the Board of Control for Cricket in India, can’t be the president of the Rajasthan Cricket Association, clarified Board secretary Sanjay Patel. Modi was declared president of RCA by court observers on Tuesday but the BCCI immediately slapped the defiant RCA with suspension. Citing a clause in the BCCI rules, Modi’s suspension was authorized by interim Board head Shivlal Yadav. Meanwhile, an ad-hoc committee appointed by BCCI will run RCA’s cricket affairs.
