Election officers had to travel by foot risking their lives on a suspension bridge across a river to reach Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh to conduct elections. When the wind blows heavily, the bridge swings and wiggles and may cause a person to lose balance and fall off. (Audio in Hindi)
