Gorakhdham Express mishap: 23 killed, toll expected to rise

23 people were killed when the Gorakhdham Express rammed a stationary freight train near Khalilabad in Uttar Pradesh, said officials. The toll is expected to increase. The UP Home Department said in a statement that at least 40 people were feared killed in the accident.
