Every four minutes, a person dies in a road accident in India. In fact, more people die in road accidents than they do from AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria put together. We hear horrific stories of India’s killer roads nearly every day, and yet it took the tragic death of union minister Gopinath Munde to jolt everyone.
