NDA’s 100-day agenda: Education revamp

The new government’s education reform programme – bringing in foreign universities, setting up IITs in every state, or considering a review of Delhi University’s four-year programme – is ambitious as it has a deadline of 100 days to implement some of these measures. Why couldn’t the UPA make good on some of its own education reform promises? Will the new government face the same obstacles or will they manage to steal the UPA’s thunder?
