Poor in Jharkhand villages struggle for years trying to get ration cards

We visit a village in Latehar, Jharkhand where the economically weak villagers are aware of the schemes they are entitled to, but have to struggle to get even a ration card. A lot of these villages are supported more by social service organizations than the plethora of government schemes entitled to them due to flawed implementation of the schemes. (Audio in Hindi)
