Staring at drought, burdened with debt

With a drought staring us in the face, the horror of farmer suicides has now become a reality. In the assembly constituency of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, at least three farmers have killed themselves because the seeds they sowed have dried up.
