Rain fury continues in Uttarakhand, rivers flowing near danger mark

Incessant rain continued to lash many districts in the hill state of Uttarakhand overnight resulting in more landslides. The ‘chaar dhaam yatra’ was halted for three days yesterday as all roads leading to the Himalayan shrines of Kedarnath, Badrinath, Yamnotri and Gangotri were blocked.
