Physically assaulting a person no crime for politicians?

On News Point we discuss why politicians have a tendency to get very aggressive and engage in physical assaults on people whenever they want. Shiv Sena defended the MP who was seen thrusting a piece of food into the mouth of a caterer who is a Muslim, saying that they had made several complaints regarding the quality of food.
