We visit some of Delhi’s Muslim dominated localities to find out if any special attention is being given to the residents in the game of vote-bank politics. However, we find that though even the poorest of shack dwellers have been given voter ID cards, they do not even know about the government welfare schemes for the poor that they should be availing.
