Can India-US reboot ties?

US Secretary of State John Kerry tells NDTV that it was a different US government that denied Prime Minister Narendra Modi his visa and that Washington was looking forward to ties with India and with Mr Modi. As the US looks to repair what has been a frosty relationship, can India-US ties be rebooted? Or is there a long way to go? We debate on Left, Right and Centre.
