CWG 2014: Glad to come out of shadow we’ve been under, says Dipika Pallikal

Dipika Pallikal and Joshana Chinappa etched their name in Indian squash history by winning the country’s first Commonwealth Games medal – a gold – from the discipline. Pallikal and Chinappa combined well to run away with the women’s doubles final in straight games 11-6, 11-8 against England’s Jenny Duncalf and Laura Massaro. Speaking exclusively to NDTV, the duo said their hard work paid off and also thanked the entire nation for their support.
