Case can be made out against Virbhadra Singh, centre tells court

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh faced a setback today as the Centre told a court that a “prima facie case” can be made out against him. The Centre also told the Delhi High Court that the CBI would decide what to do in the case. Mr Singh, 79, has been Chief Minister since 2012.
