Are activists justified in opposing tougher juvenile laws?
On Prime Time, we debate whether activists showing resentment to change in juvenile justice act are justified in their protests or whether it is necessary to ensure tougher punishments to minors committing serious offenses. After to the legislative changes to the juvenile law, an exception has been carved to the act to enable trial of accused between the ages of 16 and 18 on par with adults if the crime is heinous.
