Man accused of theft beaten by cops in Rae Bareli

A truck driver, accused of theft, was brutally beaten up by police in Rae Bareli, the constituency of Congress chief Sonia Gandhi. The incident, which took place in an area under the Gingaso police station, was caught on camera by an amateur videographer and later released to the media.
