Caught on camera: 3 people get washed away in flash floods as bridge collapses
A Bailey bridge connecting Hamirpur district with Mandi in Himachal Pradesh was washed away in flash floods just as three people were seen getting on it. Rains wreaked havoc in the state triggering floods, landslides and disrupting normal life in several districts. (Audio in Hindi)
