Goa government uses horrific racial slur in document

The Goa government will have to explain the use of a racist slur to describe an African national in an official document. The opposition Congress plans to hold the BJP government headed by Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar accountable for the use of the “n” word in the document that was submitted to the state assembly.
