Tug-of-war over government formation in Delhi

With AAP and the Congress favouring fresh elections in the Capital, Lieutenant Governor sent a proposal to President Pranab Mukherjee to invite the BJP to form the government provided they manage to garner the numbers in the assembly. With AAP releasing a sting allegedly showing BJP leaders trying to ‘buy’ AAP leaders, we ask on Prime Time whether such a move by the LG is right, and also whether the BJP is afraid of contesting fresh elections as alleged by AAP.
