Plumbers, welders, electricians in more demand than engineers in India?

According to a survey done by a consulting firm, skilled workers such as plumbers, welders and electricians are in more demand than engineers in India. Experts explain why the quality of engineers in India has been found to be very poor and most of them not employable in suitable jobs. We also discuss the need to have structured institutions that that impart training for skilled labour than just the sought-after professions like engineering. (Audio in Hindi)
