Easiest to drink and drive in Punjab: Traffic expert

Traffic expert Navdeep Asija says that escaping prosecution despite drunken driving is the easiest in Punjab due to the callous attitude of the authorities in catching drunk drivers. National Highway 1 has become a sort of a killer highway with several deaths and injuries occurring on a daily basis due to drunken driving accidents. (Audio in Hindi)
