Raw: Twin Car Bombs Kill at Least 15 in Baghdad

Iraqi police said a double car bomb attack hit a restaurant in the Shiite-majority district of Talibiya in eastern Baghdad on Tuesday, killing at least 15 people and wounding 32 others. (Oct. 21)
