Badgam youth killing reignites AFSPA debate

On Hum Log, we ask whether retaining AFSPA is necessary considering widespread allegations of misuse of the act by armed forces against civilians. Two youth were killed in army firing in Badgam district of Jammu and Kashmir when they failed to stop at an army check post. Two others were injured. (Audio in Hindi)
