IPL scandal: N Srinivasan named

For years, he has said that he is not involved in any way with the IPL scandal, but today the Supreme Court reveals that N Srinivasan former BCCI president, is indeed being probed over his role. Does this make his position in the BCCI untenable, at least till such time as his name is cleared by the Supreme Court?
