NY Official: 13 Dead in Buffalo Snow Storm

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo says the recent historic snow fall in the Buffalo area will cause flooding as the snow melts. Cuomo also said the New York Thruway will open today for essential travel and auto removal. (Nov. 21)
