Will government walk the talk on black money?

The winter session of Parliament is stormy over the return of black money to India. Is the BJP now singing a different tune – diverting attention from bringing back money that’s hidden outside the country to focussing on how to tackle what’s being generated within? Is the Congress being a responsible opposition by questioning the BJP over why details of accounts given by foreign governments are not being revealed? As Finance Minister Arun Jaitley calls for bipartisanship on the issue, we ask, is all this just rhetoric or will there ever be any light at the end of this black money tunnel?
