At conference of India’s top cops, PM Modi advocates SMART policing

At a conference on internal security in Guwahati on Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stressed on the importance of good intelligence, claiming it was the key to national security. The conference is being attended by the senior-most officials of India’s intelligence and security agencies, as well as the country’s top cops.
