Can politicians make allegations without any credible evidence?

With the recent speech of BJP President Amit Shah alleging that money from Saradha chit fund scam (in which Trinamool leaders are accused) was used to fund Burdwan blasts, we ask whether political leaders can make allegations without any valid evidence. The BJP later distanced itself from the statement but also mentioned that Trinamool Congress government is yet to be given a clean chit from the scam. (Audio in Hindi)
