A lawmaker in Kashmir who defeated outgoing Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in the state election is seen firing celebratory shots with an AK 47 rifle in a video that is a rage on social media. The lawmaker, Mohammad Ashraf Mir, is from the People’s Democratic Party or PDP, which won the most number of seats in the polls.
