Demerger will reduce debt by over Rs 3000 crore: Jindal Stainless
Jitender Pal Verma, executive director & chief finance officer at Jindal Stainless, told NDTV that demerger of subsidiaries will reduce debt of Jindal Stainless from Rs 8500 crore to Rs 5000 crore and will unlock value for shareholders.
