26 child deliveries happened inside CATS ambulances in Delhi since May 2014

According to records maintained by CATS (Centralised Accident and Trauma Services) team, a Delhi government agency that provides pre-hospital emergency response services, 26 child deliveries had to be done inside the ambulances itself because of traffic jams. We speak to some couples who had to go through such a trauma. They say that they are grateful to the ambulance staff for having effectively handled child births inside the ambulances itself.
