Caught on camera: Jharkhand MLA rides piggyback on villager so his shoes don’t get dirty

MLA of Dumri in Jharkhand, Jagannath Mahato was seen taking a piggyback ride on a villager across a stream to save his white shoes from getting soiled. Mahato was to lay the foundation of a bridge in Navadi region of Jharkhand for which he needed to get across a stream when the reported incident took place. (Audio in Hindi)
