PE funds returning to Indian real estate?

The year 2014 was one of optimism for India Inc after the Modi Govt came into power. But for the real estate sector there was little to rejoice this year with poor and the high cost of borrowing. But in recent months, a heartening new development is how money has once again started to flow in from private equity funds and global institutional investors.
