The perils of being a witness

On ‘Agenda’, we are joined by witnesses who face major threats, on a day the main witness against spiritual guru Asaram Bapu, his former cook, has been shot dead. Naseem Ahmad, a witness in the Muzaffarnagar rape cases, tells us how he has now left town after the murder. He has filed at least seven cases after 16 death threats. Another witness, Dilshaad, also tells us about the threats he has faced. So is a Witness Protection Act the solution?
