Several allottees return DDA flats owing to inferior design, shoddy construction

In this special report, we investigate why hundreds of DDA flat allottees have decided to return the flats that were won by them in the housing scheme rolled out by the authority in 2014. Allottees complain of poor design, shoddy construction and location of the flats being in very filthy neighbourhoods with no proper roads. (Audio in Hindi)
