BJP Councillor in Delhi slaps official who tried to stop illegal construction

A BJP councillor on Wednesday slapped an official who was apparently trying to stop an illegal construction in South Delhi. The councillor, Neeraj Gupta, has been caught on camera slapping a junior engineer of Delhi’s civic body after an argument. He is seen trying to hit him again, but is restrained by people.
