Budget 2015 will be terrific: Madhav Dhar

Madhav Dhar of GTI Capital says the previous year’s Budget was a disappointment, but there are expectations that Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will present a terrific Budget for 2015-16 fiscal year. Investors should be bullish about markets, with growth poised to take off sharply, he added.
