‘Spirit of St. Louis’ Taken Down for Repairs

Visitors to the National Air and Space Museum in Washington will get a rare up-close look at the Spirit of St. Louis as it comes down for restoration. Pilot Charles Lindbergh flew the plane on the first-ever trans-Atlantic flight in 1927. (Jan. 15)
