In this conversation with Arun Jaitley, we try to understand how the Finance Minister wants to bring the country’s economy back on track. He very vividly talks about former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, whom he considers a man of scholarship and a patriot by heart. But he thinks the charisma of Dr Singh didn’t reflect when it came to taking decisions as the PM. He also says that the recent foul mouthing by some of the party’s MPs were uncalled for and condemned it strongly.
