BJP fires 5 questions to AAP: ‘Is its poll funding transparent’?

The Association for Democratic Reform or ADR that studies corruption and criminality in elections has come up with data indicating nearly 17 per cent of Delhi’s candidates across political parties have criminal backgrounds; they face charges ranging from murder to crimes against women. That’s a startling number for parties which are promising a safer capital city for its citizens. To make matters worse, the campaign is getting uglier. The AAP is protesting an ad taken out by the BJP carrying a mock death notice for Anna Hazare, the BJP is sending out its list of 5 daily questions demanding transparency on poll funding, amongst other things, accusing the AAP of getting money from ‘anti-national sources’.
