Why Anurag Kashyap is refusing to use an anti-smoking disclaimer

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has refused to use an anti-smoking disclaimer in his upcoming film Ugly. The Central Board of Film Certification has refused to certify the film which was slated for an early 2014 release. The film could now face a huge road block thanks to Anurag’s stand on the disclaimer.
