Caught on camera: BJP minister seen handing out cash

A minister in Madhya Pradesh has been caught on camera distributing notes of Rs. 100 to girl, usually considered against the rules in a state that’s headed for elections. Madhya Pradesh votes on November 25; Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and his party, the BJP, will ask voters for a third consecutive term.
