Babies born in the cold, on the road in Delhi

Four babies were born under the open sky on Friday night in near freezing temperatures after a slum near the Metro tracks in northeast Delhi was razed on December 26. Now the Urban Development Authority has taken cognizance of the matter and directed the rail authorities not to move them for the next three months at least.
