Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal broke his day-long silence on the gang-rape of a Danish woman in Delhi today by putting the blame squarely on the Delhi Police, accusing it of being “a highly compromised force.” “Why are rapes happening in Delhi? If an incident does not happen in Delhi, it is not because of the Delhi Police but inspite it,” the Aam Aadmi Party chief said.
